BI Engineer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a BI Engineer in Chesterfield, MO. Responsibilities:

• Partner with IT supply chain stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions
• Design, develop, and deploy dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI, SQL, and DAX
• Integrate and transform data from multiple systems into a unified, reliable data model
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and usability of Power BI reports
• Work independently to manage timelines, deliverables, and communication with business teams
• Provide recommendations on data visualization and reporting best practices
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Power BI development, data modeling, and dashboard design
• Strong skills in SQL, DAX, and data transformation
• Proven track record executing BI projects end-to-end
• Familiarity with supply chain processes (order management, planning, logistics, inventory, production)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
