Kforce has a client in Columbia, MD that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator. Billing:
- Prepare and generate accurate and timely invoices for professional services rendered. Ensure compliance with our proposals, contracts, and rate tables
- Collaborate with various departments to assist with their billing process. Resolve billing discrepancies and issues promptly
- Maintain and update customer accounts and records
- Monitor and track outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections
- Work with clients to address and resolve payment discrepancies
- Generate and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts
- Participate in a monthly collections meeting to provide updates on outstanding invoices
- Record and reconcile daily cash receipts in the accounting system
- Ensure accuracy in applying payments to the correct client accounts
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
