Summary: We are seeking an experienced Agile Leader to drive the design and implementation of a multi-phase engagement focused on executive communication, cybersecurity portfolio reporting, and PMO standardization. This role will lead agile-based reporting models, facilitate governance structures, and ensure delivery of key milestones. Key Responsibilities:

This role will lead agile-based reporting models, facilitate governance structures, and ensure delivery of key milestones. Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Leader will lead the development of workflows and templates for executive communication
- Implement an Agile-aligned reporting framework for cybersecurity initiatives
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and weekly stand-ups
- Define and operationalize intake, prioritization, and escalation processes for the Cybersecurity PMO
- As an Agile Leader, you will deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, and governance models
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and ensure documentation is complete
- 5 years of experience in Agile project leadership, preferably in cybersecurity or IT governance
- Experience with dashboarding tools and agile metrics tracking
- Strong understanding of PMO structures and executive reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in JIRA, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
