Summary: We're partnering with a well-established, privately owned company seeking an Accounting Specialist to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys variety, high-volume transactional work, and working closely with a collaborative finance leadership team. Duties:

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

- Process accounts payable invoices in a high-volume environment
- Manage customer billing and invoicing activities
- Apply customer payments and maintain accurate cash records
- Record incoming and outgoing cash transactions
- Support day-to-day accounting operations across multiple business systems
- Collaborate with finance leadership and cross-functional teams
- Work alongside an experienced finance team including senior accounting and finance leadership
- Exposure to multiple accounting functions and systems
- Opportunity to build broad operational accounting experience
- Simple, streamlined interview process
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Experience working with ERP/accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing experience preferred
