The incumbent is expected to use the cash register to ring up guests. Their main responsibilities include accepting payments and providing receipts, making sure all transactions run smoothly and every customer is satisfied with the service.
Cashiers and Packline operators are also responsible for maintaining a clean dining room and bathroom area. Packline operators assemble the orders that the cashiers received from the guest or online orders.
A good attitude and pleasant demeanor are required.

As a Team Member, you will:
- Be Friendly
- Assist guests in selecting their meal and suggestive sell
- Ensure orders are accurate
- Maintain an accurate balanced cash till by following all cash handling procedures.
- Follow all company standards and procedures to fulfill orders
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Wash dishes during slow periods.
- Heat up or cook side dishes and prep for the day or next day
- Assist guests in selecting their meal and suggestive sell

- Previous customer service or cashier experience in a quick service environment, or other similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)
- Interest and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays
- Ability to prioritize work, demonstrate problem-solving ability, attention to detail and managing teams. Strong work ethic and high personal standards for quality of work
- Interest in continued training and development
