We are hiring at two levels: Team Members who take orders, prepare food and keep the restaurant running, and Shift Supervisors who lead the team on shift, solve customer issues and partner with the General Manager. What you'll do – all positions
- Greet customers, take orders and handle payments accurately
- Prepare food to quality and food safety standards
- Keep the restaurant clean and safe, and monitor equipment
- Unload deliveries and stock inventory
- Support and recognize your teammates
What you'll do – Shift Supervisors
- Lead shifts and make sure team tasks get done
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
- Train and coach Team Members with regular feedback
- Follow cash control, security, inventory and labor procedures
- Oversee food prep, portioning, cooking and holding times
- Help the General Manager with hiring, conflict resolution, upkeep and safety
- Build a positive, inclusive team culture
Requirements
- Team Members: 16 or older. Shift Supervisors: 18 or older
- Shift Supervisors: 1 year restaurant or retail experience preferred; 3 months shift lead experience a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Basic math and cash register skills
- Willing to complete training certification
- Enthusiasm, strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
