What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmaceutical Warehouse Associate position at Keywords Studios and Careers?
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (occasional overtime possible)
We are looking for warehouse operations associate for one of our pharmaceutical clients based in Indianapolis, IN looking to start late October 2025!
Responsibilities include:
- Cycle Counting
- Stickering and Labeling
- Cooler Construction
- Supply Preparation
- Supply Management
- Garbage – GMP Process for disposal
- Staging for destruction of material
- Supply receipt
- Special Projects
- Assist with conduct of Special Security Substances (SSS) Inventories

Requirements
- Strong Organization and Multi-tasking ability
- Experience with inventory management – preferably clinical trial, not mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Be willing to pick orders up to 25 feet on forklift and cherry picker (training will be provided)
- Experience in a regulated industry - preferably pharmaceutical
- Bend and lift 50 pounds
- Stand for 8 hours daily
- High School Diploma
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrate high productivity with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems highly desirable
- Ability to work up to 8 hours in 42 degrees
- Candidates must pass our client's background and drug screen
