What You’ll Do
· Lead & Inspire: Set the vision, priorities, and processes for the Estimation department to achieve company objectives.
· Strategize to Win: Develop competitive bid strategies, oversee conceptual estimating, and ensure proposals are accurate, compelling, and aligned with client needs.
· Build Relationships: Partner with clients, design professionals, and industry leaders to strengthen Keystruct’s market position.
· Drive Innovation: Implement new tools, processes, and methodologies that give us an edge in a competitive market.
· Develop Talent: Recruit, mentor, and grow a skilled estimating team that delivers quality results on every bid.
· Collaborate Across Departments: Ensure seamless handoffs from estimate to execution with Project Management, Operations, and Business Development.
What You Bring
· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 8–10 years of progressive estimating experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· A track record of securing profitable projects through smart bid strategies.
· Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
· Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, market trends, and estimating software.
