As an Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO & Office Manager, you will play a vital role behind the scenes—helping ensure our mission thrives. You will support our CEO, coordinate key operations, and help keep our organization running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records
- Assist with board meetings, including agenda creation, materials, and minutes
- Track, monitor, and follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables
- Support organizational initiatives, special projects, and operational priorities
- Work on‑site in Wyndmoor, PA, Monday through Friday

* We prefer candidates to possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; however, we are open to considering individuals with equivalent professional experience who can clearly demonstrate their ability to meet the demands of the role.
* A minimum of three (3) years of experience providing executive‑level administrative support is required. Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in healthcare, home care, or hospice environments, as familiarity with these settings and their regulatory frameworks is highly beneficial.
* The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities, shifting deadlines, and competing demands.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential. The individual must be able to convey information clearly, professionally, and tactfully to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms is required, as these tools are integral to daily operations and communication.
* A high level of integrity and discretion is critical. The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly, while maintaining compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements, is a paramount expectation of this role.
