Requirements
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- Physically able to walk up to three miles daily with the client
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
- Prior caregiving, home health aide, or companion care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both weekdays and weekends
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Approximately 12 hours a day
- Weekend availability required
- Additional weekday hours available based on the family's needs

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
- Completion of a recognized training program for direct care workers or equivalent experience
- Experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Empathetic and compassionate nature toward clients
- Ability to follow instructions and document care services accurately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
- $16 to $20 per hour
