Job Summary:

We are seeking an AI Strategy & Adoption Specialist to champion the integration of artificial intelligence and process automation across our organization. This role is focused on thought leadership, education, and advocacy rather than deep technical development. You will help shape our AI vision, communicate its value to non-technical stakeholders, and guide practical implementation strategies that drive business impact.

As a trusted advisor, you will stay ahead of AI trends, identify opportunities for innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with organizational goals. Your work will empower teams to understand and embrace AI technologies, fostering a culture of informed adoption and responsible use.

Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future, without company sponsorship.

Must be able to work onsite at our corporate office in Indianapolis, Indiana. (This role is not hybrid or remote.)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI Vision & Strategy: Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define and guide the organization’s AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Educate & Advocate: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to demystify AI concepts for non-technical audiences. Develop educational resources to support ongoing learning.
• Promote Adoption: Serve as an internal advocate for AI and automation, helping teams understand practical applications and benefits.
• Stay Current: Monitor emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices. Share insights to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
• Enable Practical Implementation: Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements and automation using accessible tools (e.g., RPA platforms, Generative AI solutions).
• Bridge Business & Technology: Work closely with product managers and technical teams to ensure AI initiatives are feasible, ethical, and aligned with business needs—without requiring you to code or build models.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, LLaMA)
• Strong understanding of AI trends, ethical considerations, and practical business applications.
• Innovative thinker with a passion for AI’s potential to transform business operations.
• Proven experience leading AI adoption initiatives or implementing practical AI solutions in a business context (portfolio or case studies preferred).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
• Demonstrated experience in applying AI or automation to solve real-world business challenges—without requiring deep technical development skills.
