Job Title: Warehouse Operations Assistant
Location: Keystone Warehouse Inventory - Camp Hill, PA 17011
Job Type: Full Time
Wages: $18.00 starting, after 90 days up to $22.00 an hour.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team. The Warehouse Operations Assistant supports daily warehouse and yard activities, including material handling, preparation, staging, deliveries, and customer order pickups. This hands-on role requires forklift operation, safe loading and unloading, and general organizational tasks. This role is essential to the operation for customer needs while developing and learning details about the industry.
Responsibilities:
· Every day will vary with multiple responsibilities.
- Move, stage, cut, label, bundle, and organize materials in the warehouse and yard
- Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely; perform basic inspections
- Load and unload deliveries; inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies
- Make jobsite deliveries and assist customers with accurate, professional service
- Load materials safely for internal and customer pickups
- Maintain organized storage areas, proper inventory rotation, and a clean work area
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Availability to adapt to flexible schedule. Some days start at 6am.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Must have driver’s license and steady transportation.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 80 lbs.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
- Welding skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
