Job Requirements
- Apassion for helping seniors
- A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
- Ability to work every other weekend
Job Responsibilities
- Performs routine maintenance and repair ofresidence, maintaining physical appearance of the grounds and building as wellas ensuring that the building is physically sound and safe
- Follows all established safety procedures andprecautions when performing maintenance service
- Maintains preventive maintenance schedules
- Assists with ordering and maintaining properinventory levels of maintenance supplies
- May act as contact person for vendorsperforming maintenance jobs
Qualifications
- Ability to handle frequent lifting, bending,stooping, climbing, pushing and stretching.
- Valid driver's license in the state employed
- A high school diploma or General EducationDegree (GED)
