Job description:
Keystone Utility Systems is currently seeking an experienced Electric Meter Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) and be skilled in changing out Electric meters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and replace electric meters
- Work with AMI systems for meter reading and data transmission
- Ensure all work meets company standards and local regulations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Travel to job sites as required (travel is a key part of this role)
Requirements:
- Looking for someone willing to travel
- Proven experience with AMI systems
- Experience changing out electric meters
- Minimum of 5 years driving experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay range: $24–$26 per hour (based on experience)
- Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance available after 90 days
- Travel expenses covered when applicable
