What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Health Care Technician position at Keystone Tree Experts?
Keystone Tree Experts, a well known and respected tree care company established in 1968, is seeking a dedicated, smart, technician to join our team in Bucks and Montgomery counties. As a Plant Health Care technician, you will play a crucial role in identifying and treating trees and shrubs on residential properties for insect and disease problems and nutrition problems with the goal of becoming a Certified Arborist. We do not remove or prune large trees, we are "tree doctors". If you have a passion for the outdoors and are looking to learn and grow with our company, this is an exciting opportunity for you. This is an entry level job.
Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and learn to identify many trees, shrubs and their problems (will train).
- Tree ID and previous experience in the green industry a big plus.
- Physical fitness.
- Local to Doylestown and familiarity with Bucks County.
