Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Steel Project Manager to oversee and coordinate complex construction projects involving structural steel components. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of construction management, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and teams to ensure successful project delivery on time and within scope. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of structural steel projects from inception to closeout.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project objectives and resolve issues promptly.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Partner with Field Superintendent to oversee site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Prepare reports on project status, risks, and milestones for stakeholders.
- Ensure all work complies with contractual obligations and industry regulations.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members to promote collaboration and problem-solving.
Skills
- Extensive experience in construction management with a focus on structural steel projects.

- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction site safety protocols.
