Restoration Technician (Water / Fire / Mold)
Location: Hollidaysburg, PA
Pay: $15 /hr (based on experience) overtime & on-call pay
Schedule: Full-time | On-call rotation required
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Restoration Technician to join our growing restoration team. This is a physically active role responding to water, fire, and mold losses in residential and light commercial properties. What You’ll Do
- Perform water mitigation, fire/smoke cleanup, and mold remediation
- Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
- Extract water and remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.)
- Take photos, moisture readings, and job notes
- Maintain clean, safe job sites and company vehicles
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable, punctual, and coachable
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and on-call when needed
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT)
- Restoration, construction, plumbing, or demolition experience
- Experience with insurance restoration work
