OVERVIEW: THIS POSITION IS ON A HYBRID SCHEDULE OF THE FIRST WEEK FULLY ON SITE THEN 3 DAYS IN OFFICE AND 2 DAYS REMOTE.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE (IF YOU DO NOT, THEN YOU WILL NOT BE THE CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE)
- 3 YEARS OF HIGH CALL VOLUME CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
- Accounts Receivable OR billing support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office AND basic Excel required
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support during an employee leave (6–8 weeks minimum). This role has strong potential for extension, and while not guaranteed, may evolve into a temp-to-hire opportunity.
DAILY DUTIES:
- Handle customer A/R inquiries via phone, email, fax, and mail
- Manage 50–100 inbound calls per day
- Process and apply daily credit card payments
- Apply unapplied payments on a weekly basis
- Research returned mail and re-send as needed
- Attach required documentation to customer accounts
- Revise invoices in Excel and forward to customers or site personnel
- Make account changes and updates in internal systems
- Compile and distribute account statements
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
