What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Tax position at Keystone Staffing Solutions, LLC?
We are seeking an experienced Director of Tax for our client located in Pittsburgh. Relocation will be required for any out of state applicants.
This role works directly with the VP of Tax and will be helping lead a large global tax organization for one of the largest publicly traded companies in Pittsburgh. To be considered for this role, you would ideally possess at least 15 years of large public or corporate leadership and will have significant provision accounting experience.

Responsibilities:
- Tax advisory and guidance
- Income Tax compliance
- Review and approve monthly domestic sales and use tax filings
- Tax provision (ASC 740)
- IFRS procedures
- Tax advice related to payroll and employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Serve as primary contact for all corporate tax related matters
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience in corporate Tax environment
- CPA required and/or MBA/MS
- Fundamental knowledge corporate tax preferably in a global manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
