What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities / Machine Maintenance position at KeyStone Staffing Group?
KeyStone Staffing Group has a long term Ozaukee County client who is searching for an Experienced Facility and Machine Maintenance person.
Primary Responsibilities
**Performs appropriate duties in the installation and maintenance and troubleshooting diagnosis of a variety of mechanical equipment for building applications
**Completes preventive and predictive maintenance on schedule with appropriate record keeping including small engines on forklifts and company cars
**Perform tune ups, oil changes, tire rotations, belts and hose replacements as needed
**Partners with outside suppliers contracted to do major mechanical and electrical installations and repair
**Understands and appropriately uses OSHA lock out / tag out requirements
**Follows all safety procedures and provides the guidance and enforcement of safety procedures and practices
**Forklift and Crane training required
**Other duties as assigned
