About the role
Keystone Sports Construction is building the next generation of digital tools to transform construction processes.
We're hiring a Full Stack Developer who will work closely with executive leadership and operations teams to develop powerful web applications, document automation tools, and AI integrations from the ground up.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying full-stack applications, integrating with AI/LLM tools.
Technical Requirements
Programming & Frameworks
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with React or on the frontend
- Backend expertise in or Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask)
Data & APIs
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
- Ability to design and manage ETL pipelines, automation jobs, and external API integrations
AI/ML Tooling
- Familiarity with LLM integration tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, RAG frameworks)
- Comfortable with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS
- Capable of building or extending document-parsing workflows using AI/NLP
Cloud & DevOps
- Experience deploying applications to AWS or Azure
- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Other
- Strong understanding of system design and scalable architecture
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in construction tech, AEC software, or public RFP systems
- Familiarity with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, DocuSign, or Google Workspace integrations
- Prior experience working in fast-paced, hands-on startup or internal innovation environments
