About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bid process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate submission of bids, and building strong relationships with engineers, clients, and vendors. The Bid Coordinator will work from the Keystone Sports Construction corporate office in Phoenixville - this position is not eligible for remote work.
The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our Estimating & Bids team. This role is responsible for managing incoming solicitations, reviewing project specifications, coordinating with prime contractors, and assembling bid submissions. Responsibilities:
- Review daily bid solicitations and flag viable opportunities.
- Download, organize, and analyze specifications
- Maintain bid folders, intake checklists, and compliance documents.
- Contact primes, draft RFIs, and manage communication in HubSpot CRM.
- Assist in Go/No-Go decision meetings and prepare complete bid packages.
- Ensure timely bid submissions and maintain accurate submission records.
