Capital Area Head Start is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Behavioral and Special Services to lead the strategic development and oversight of our Behavioral Health and Special Services programs. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality, individualized services for children and families, while actively contributing to the organization’s broader mission through collaboration with the executive team. As the Director of Behavioral and Special Services, you will provide expert guidance in program planning, staff supervision, and community needs assessment, ensuring services are responsive, inclusive, and impactful.
