Keystone Security Group is seeking dependable and professional armed security officers for assignments in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Primarily weekday daytime hours
Employment Type: Part-time or full-time opportunities may be available
Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and visible security presence
- Monitor assigned areas and identify potential safety or security concerns
- Control access and assist authorized employees and visitors
- Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance
- Follow site-specific procedures and post orders
- Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, management, emergency personnel, and the public
- Maintain professional conduct, appearance, and sound judgment while on duty
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania ACT 235 certification
- Legally authorized to carry a firearm while performing security duties
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to remain calm and make responsible decisions under pressure
- Ability to pass all required background checks and screenings
- Prior law enforcement, military, corrections, or armed security experience is preferred but not required
- Additional clearances or training may be required depending on the assignment
