Dutchmen Sales Trainee
SUMMARY:
As the Sales Trainee, you will engage and assist Dutchmen Regional Sales Managers in outcome-oriented business development practices and work diligently promoting our products and providing proactive communication and first-class support and service to our customers to maximize our market potential.
- Must be able to set priorities, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm disposition in pressured situations.
- Able to communicate the value and benefit of our products
- Minimum 2 year college degree preferred
- Partnering with Regional Sales Managers and making client visits as necessary
- Regularly promoting and maintaining favorable customer relations by participating in and/or arranging training programs for customers, their associates, or other groups, entertaining customers at appropriate events, and participating in our local industry trade show
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Solution driven; highly creative, with strong problem solving skills. Able to analyze factors, develop effective sales strategy, anticipate and exceed client expectations
- High level of determination, initiative, perseverance and resiliency. Able to establish priorities and meet objectives with limited direction
- Able to maintain a “can do” attitude
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and our CRM
- Able to travel up to 25% but not limited to 5 consecutive days at a time
- Having reliable transportation
- Summarizing information and running reports for our district managers
- Having a Passport and being able to enter Canada
