Role Summary
The Operations Supervisor oversees daily facility operations, ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment. This role leads, trains, and supports staff to maintain high-quality client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Behavioral Health Technicians
- Train staff on procedures, documentation, and client care
- Oversee admissions, detox monitoring, and daily operations
- Manage schedules and ensure shift coverage
- Respond to crises and guide de-escalation efforts
- Ensure accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate across departments to support client needs
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Leadership experience in behavioral health or similar setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, climb stairs, and drive as needed.
