Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Embroidery Department Lead to oversee and participate in daily embroidery production. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine technical expertise with team guidance to ensure top-quality results and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of embroidery experience in a fast-paced production environment. Experience with Barudan machines and Wilcom Embroidery Design Studio is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee embroidery machines to meet customer specifications.
• Lead and support team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Ensure embroidery orders are completed accurately, on time, and to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machines and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and efficiency.
• Train and mentor embroidery staff as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
