Keystone Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team. Your Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver manual therapy and guided therapeutic excercise
- Educate patients on injury prevention, movement strategies, and recovery goals
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referring providers about treatment goals and progress
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews to collaborate on patient care strategies
- Help identify and support opportunities for clinic growth and patient engagement
- Stay current with physical therapy best practices, techniques, and compliance requirements
- Promote patient adherence to home exercise programs and self-care strategies
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active Wisconsin PT license
- Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dry Needling certification or in the process of obtaining, preferred, but not required.
