About the Role
We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to join our growing permit expediting business. This is a commission-only role ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and is confident in their ability to generate and close deals.
You will be responsible for selling specialized services related to permit expediting, violations resolution, and stop work order removals. This role requires a mix of B2B and B2C sales, including direct outreach, networking, and in-person client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within construction, real estate, and property management sectors
- Sell permit expediting services including:
- Building violations resolution
- Stop work order removals
- Permit acquisition and processing
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with clients (contractors, developers, homeowners, business owners)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals
- Perform cold calling, email outreach, and field prospecting
- Educate clients on compliance requirements and the value of expediting services
- Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales (B2B, B2C, or both)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable with commission-only compensation structure
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Experience in any of the following is a strong plus:
- Construction or real estate sales
- Permit expediting or municipal processes
- Code violations / compliance services
- Reliable transportation for local meetings (if applicable)
