Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $150,000 – $210,000 per year

About the Position:
AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center is seeking a Staff Perfusionist to join our established cardiac surgery program in Atlantic City, NJ. Whether you are an experienced perfusionist or a recent graduate just starting your career, this is an excellent opportunity to join a strong clinical program with a competitive compensation package and a genuine work-life balance. Our program performs approximately 375 open-heart cases annually, including CABGs, valve procedures, TAVR, and aortic surgery, with ECMO support as needed. On-call responsibilities are evenly distributed among the team.

Your Role Includes:
- Operating and managing heart-lung machines during cardiac surgeries
- Collaborating with cardiac surgeons on CABG, valve, and ECMO cases
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and hospital protocols
- Participating in on-call rotation with even distribution among team members
- Maintaining quality control and best practices in patient care
Qualifications:
- Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) credential or board eligibility required
- Licensed in New Jersey or eligible to obtain NJ licensure
- Experience with CABG, valve procedures, and ECMO preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
