You will work alongside experienced surgeons, anesthesia teams, and clinical leadership who value professionalism, communication, and clinical consistency.
Keystone Perfusion Services, PC is seeking a motivated Staff Perfusionist to join our on-site team. You will manage all aspects of perfusion services in coordination with anesthesia, surgery, and nursing administration. This includes safe operation and quality control of equipment, techniques, and procedures, along with continuous evaluation of clinical practice to support high-quality patient care.
You will perform scheduled clinical perfusion duties and support efficient use of supplies and equipment through coordinated purchasing and planning. You will also participate in departmental goal setting, assist leadership with program coordination, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that align with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or higher, graduation from an accredited cardiovascular perfusion program, ABCP certification, and current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross. You should demonstrate strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work confidently within a multidisciplinary team.
