Keystone Perfusion Services, LLC is a growing healthcare services organization providing perfusion, ECMO, and organ recovery support to hospitals across the United States. As we continue to scale, we are expanding our in-house finance team to support increased operational complexity and long-term system growth.
We are seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist to join our Chandler, AZ office and support daily accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activity. This is a fully in-office role and is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys hands-on work, accuracy, and ownership of core accounting processes.
This role goes beyond transactional AR/AP. You will prepare journal entries, support month-end close, and participate in process improvements, including a future ERP migration from QuickBooks Online to NetSuite.
- Prepare and issue accurate client invoices in QuickBooks Online
- Coordinate billing data with operational and clinical teams
- Post and apply customer payments and manage AR aging
- Follow up on outstanding and disputed balances
- Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and AP payment runs
- Ensure proper coding, approvals, and documentation
- Prepare and post routine general ledger journal entries
- Support month-end close activities and account reconciliations
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
- Assist with accounting process improvements and ERP transition planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with billing, AR, AP, and journal entries
- QuickBooks Online experience required
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations)
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in Chandler, AZ
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting or participating in an ERP implementation or migration
- Exposure to NetSuite or similar mid-market ERP systems
- Healthcare services or professional services accounting experience
- Experience supporting month-end close in a multi-entity environment
💰 Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
