About the Role

Ever wonder what happens after a salesperson closes the deal? This is that role — and it's the most important link in the chain.

We're looking for a detail-obsessed, fast-learning recent graduate to sit at the center of our business: the point where a salesperson's promise to a customer becomes a real, physical product. You'll take what our sales team sold, what our measure techs captured on-site, and the raw materials we have on hand — and turn it into a precise, executable set of instructions our fabrication and installation teams build from.

No CAD experience? No problem. We'll train you on every piece of software you need. What we can't train is judgment, follow-through, and the ability to take a customer's vision seriously enough to get every detail right. If that's you, we want to talk.

What You'll Do

• Import and review daily measurement files from our field measure techs — the digital blueprint of every space we're building for
• Combine the salesperson's design details, the measure tech's site photos and files, and our raw material inventory into one clear, correct plan
• Create CAD drawings that customers actually see — your work is part of what sells the final product and sets expectations for the job
• Build the technical files (tool paths, job packets) our fabrication and installation departments execute from
• Keep our inventory and scheduling system accurate and up to date
• Own your queue: follow directions, connect the dots across departments, and verify everything before it goes out the door

What Makes You a Fit

• Recent graduate (any major) with a track record of following precise procedures and catching details others miss
• Comfortable being the connective tissue between two departments — you'll talk to sales, measure techs, and production regularly
• Fast learner who's not afraid of new software — we'll teach you AlphaCAM, Slab Smith, and Moraware from scratch
• Organized enough to manage a live schedule and inventory without letting things slip
• Motivated by getting things right the first time, not just getting things done
