Position Overview
Keystone Novelties is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team as Re-Pack Associates. In this role, you will inspect, sort, repackage, label, and prepare products for distribution while maintaining quality and accuracy standards. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing quality results.
Responsibilities
- Repackage products according to company standards and specifications.
- Inspect products for damage, defects, or packaging issues.
- Apply labels, stickers, and packaging materials accurately.
- Sort and organize inventory for repacking and shipment.
- Maintain accurate counts and documentation of repacked items.
- Build, seal, and stack boxes and pallets for storage or shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pallet jack experience is a plus.
Schedule
- Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm
- This is a temporary position lasting until September 2026
