Exterior / Interior Flower and Plant Care Assistant

Love being outside and working with plants? We’re looking for a reliable Garden Assistant to help care for beautiful outdoor containers & spaces.

This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about flowers and property aesthetics with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

This role is very hands-on and detail-oriented — perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and takes pride in their work.

Fun seasonal decorating, display and design which includes both interior and exterior plant care.

Duties

• Assist with planting, pruning, watering, and fertilizing containers and in ground plant material.
• Work alone or with a small friendly team.
• Being able to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in related outdoor work is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
• Familiarity with using hand tools safely is important for efficient task completion.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Good physical stamina for active work including bending, lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stay active on your feet.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and insurable.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward garden upkeep and aesthetics. Fulfill your journey with hands-on skills cultivating beauty and sustainability in indoor and outdoor spaces!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
