We are seeking a part-time receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Agency. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Answer and direct all incoming calls with courteous phone etiquette.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff.
- Handle filing to maintain accurate records.
- Support office management by organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and overseeing administrative tasks.
- Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office to prepare reports and correspondence.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid PA drivers license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette, with the ability to correspond detailed messages.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or similar is desired.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20.0 per week
