Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Program Coordinators to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the area of mental health. As a Program Coordinator, you will support individuals with mental illness living in a residential based setting, serve as a role model and mentor for staff, and assist in monitoring aspects of program operations. This position supports individuals to be involved in various activities, exercise choices, acquire competencies necessary to maintain relationships, and accomplish personal goals. The Program Coordinator encourages individuals to become more independent and take a lead role in their personal rehabilitation process.

Job Details:
- Full time, non-exempt position
- $20.50 per hour
- Twenty-one years old or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three months of human services or related work experience
- Program administrator certification or ability to obtain certification within six months
- Effective communication and proficient computer skills
- Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications
