As a Lead Intensive Case Manager, you will assist adults with mental illness gain access to needed resources such as medical, social, educational, and other services. This position mentors other Intensive Case Managers on the team and assists in case note reviews and approvals.

Job Details:
- Full time, non-exempt position
- $24.00 per hour
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, activity therapies, counseling, or education and three (3) years of direct care experience in mental health
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing and three (3) years of direct care experience in mental health
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, political science, history, criminal justice, theology, counseling, or education; or be a registered nurse; and five (5) years of direct care experience in mental health including two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Effective communication and proficient computer skills
- Ability to resolve complex issues and respond effectively in crisis situations
- Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications
