Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Clinical Director to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the areas of intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. As a Clinical Director, you will serve as the clinical leader and member of the senior management team providing direction and supervision for staff surrounding clinical functions to ensure the quality of supports. This position provides advanced clinical interventions and is responsible for clinical oversight of all levels, as well as advising on organization-wide clinical activities. Weekly presence in a regional office supporting teams based upon need and required attendance at each regional Monthly Department Meeting is the minimal expectation for presence outside of the employee’s home office. Clinical consultation, emergency, and post incident supports should occur in person at the program site when possible.

Job Details:
- Full time, exempt position
- $87,500 per year
- One of the following:
- Doctoral degree in health care industry or related field
- Licensed Psychologist
- Supervisory and management skills
- Effective communication and proficient computer skills
- Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances
