Key Responsibilities:
- Encourage independence, decision-making, and community participation to promote valued social roles
- Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, meal planning/preparation, and promote overall health and wellness
- Provide transportation and support for community activities, employment, and social engagement as needed
- Maintain positive, professional interactions with individuals supported, their families, and all stakeholders; coordinate services as needed
- Administer medications per policy, schedule and attend medical appointments, and implement physician orders as directed
- Actively participate in designing, coordinating, and implementing ISPs and attend plan meetings
- Casual/Per Diem non-exempt positions
- $19.00 per hour ($21.00 per hour with bachelor’s degree)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication and proficient computer skills
- Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
- Use of personal vehicle to transport individuals within the community
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications
