We are currently looking for applicants that are available to assist and support agency clients in our group homes on a per diem basis, primarily evenings, overnights and weekends.
In this position, the per diem residential employee will be responsible to:
Ensure the safety and security of all group home clients.
Assist clients in all activities towards maintaining optimal health.
Demonstrate good clinical judgment in times of stress and crisis.
Demonstrate empathy.
Write clearly; good computer skills
Provide transportation in own vehicle when necessary.
Educational Qualifications: BA/BA preferred; Associate's degree with minimum of one year experience in a related field required. In lieu of a degree, 3-4 years experience in a mental health setting.
Abiltiy to sign up for shifts each month that work with your existing schedule. Primarily evening and weekend shift available.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
