KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
? Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of
Participation, and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
? Demonstrates excellent observation, nursing judgment, and communication skills
Job Duties (but not limited to):
? Supervises clinical staff and ensures the quality of patient care under federal, state and
local regulations and accreditation standards
? Monitors clinical documentation for completeness and accuracy and assures that it meets.

? Oversees the completion and implementation of Plan of Care
? Reviews and approves orders written by field staff providing correction as needed
? Ensures effective coordination of care with physicians, referral sources, interdisciplinary.
