This role supports prospective and current residents with property tours, lease terms, applications, negotiations, and renewals. Key Responsibilities
- Manage leases for prospective and existing residents
- Coordinate property tours, follow-ups, and database updates
- Process rental applications and ensure compliance
- Execute lease agreements and coordinate move-ins
- Prepare lease documentation and maintain records
- Implement marketing efforts to drive traffic
- Respond to inquiries and conduct property inspections
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of leasing experience in property management or real estate
- Working knowledge of leasing regulations and compliance
- Experience managing leases for high-volume properties
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Goal-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Yardi software
- Full-time, professional office setting
- Schedule includes Monday–Saturday; flexible hours may be required
