Position Summary:
The Renovation Superintendent will manage day-to-day renovation operations on multifamily communities across the Triad of NC. This role is critical in coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, overseeing material management, and ensuring quality control inspections are performed throughout renovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily jobsite operations, timelines, and project goals
- Enforce jobsite safety in accordance with OSHA standards
- Quality control inspections to ensure all work meets plans, specifications, and company standards
- Manage material procurement, delivery scheduling, tracking, and organization
- Maintain and track project schedules using Microsoft Excel,
- Monitor work progress and proactively identify and resolve field issues
- Maintain organized documentation including daily reports, logs, and photos
- Conduct regular site walks to ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficiency at all times
- Communicate daily with the Construction Manager, and Subcontractors
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 year of construction-related experience required (Renovation experience preferred)
- Basic understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices
- Basic computer skills ( Excel, construction management software a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and proactive attitude
- Ability to travel between jobsites
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk and stand on construction sites for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry materials as needed
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
