What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Keystone Granite?
Job Location : Columbus, OH
Requires Saturdays in every two weeks
The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
- Schedule appointments, template dates, installations, and follow-ups
- Prepare invoices, estimates, and job paperwork
- Maintain customer files and office records
- Coordinate with sales staff, installers, and vendors
- Assist with ordering materials and tracking deliveries
- Process payments and assist with accounts receivable/payable
- Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer service throughout each project
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
