Job Summary
We are seeking a positive and motivated individual to join our team.
This will be a paid training position that will lead directly to a working foreman position.
Duties
- Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- LEAD BY EXAMPLE
- Read and interpret plans and sketches to guide construction activities effectively.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Pay: $23.00 - $31.00 per hour
