TEMP Floor Technician – Commercial Floor Care
Keystone Facility Services LLC (Keystone-FS) is looking for an experienced Floor Technician for a temporary commercial floor-care project in Duluth, MN.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial carpet cleaning and extraction
- Strip and wax / floor refinishing
- Grout and tile cleaning
- Floor scrubbing and detailing
- Operating commercial floor-care equipment
- Proper use of cleaning chemicals
- Maintaining a high-quality professional finish
Requirements:
- Previous commercial floor-care experience required
- Experience with carpet cleaning, strip and wax, and grout cleaning
- Must be able to operate floor-care equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to travel to Duluth, MN
Position Details:
- $19–$21 per hour, based on experience
- Approximately 20–30 hours for the project, possibly more
- Temporary/project-based position
- Initial project expected to last approximately 1–3 days possibly 4
- Monday may include an extended workday
- Additional floor-care work may be available depending on project needs
This position is strictly floor care. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience who can produce quality results without extensive training.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
