Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in New Hyde Park, NY, for a Technical Sales Specialist. The Specialist will engage directly with customers to promote and sell Keystone's electronic components and hardware. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support, preparing sales presentations, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Technical Sales and Sales, with a strong understanding of electronic components.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Technical Support capabilities, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with the electronic components industry is a plus.
