Reports To: Supervisor
Job Summary
Responsible for the operation and adjustment of blow mold machinery and equipment.
Person is also responsible for the quality of the product produced.
ESSENTIAL JOB AND QUALITY FUNCTIONS
Monitor the blow mold machines to ensure the bottles are being properly manufactured.
Adjustments to machine parameters and minor repair work as needed.
Monitor of the bottles produced thru the overhead conveyor system.
Accurately entering data into Gain Seeker
Maintaining a neat, safe work area.
Mold set up and change over.
Bottle grinding as needed.
Quality function testing.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
All as designated by supervisor

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent
WORKING CONDITIONS
Standing All Day
Noise Exposure > 85db
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
20/20 vision or corrective eye ware
Intricate dexterity and ambidextrous use of hands and fingers.
Standing and walking continuously.
Bending, twisting and overhead reaching
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Climbing ladders to a maximum seven feet.
MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
Hearing and Eye protection required
Beard net and Hair net required
3rd Shift 10pm - 6:30am; Monday - Friday
