Due to continued growth across our operations, Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to help drive hiring efforts for field operations, CDL drivers, skilled trades, technicians, and leadership positions throughout our energy and infrastructure services business. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and enjoys managing multiple requisitions while building talent pipelines in competitive labor markets. The Recruiter will partner closely with operational leaders, attend recruiting and community events, and play a key role in ensuring we attract and hire the workforce needed to support our continued growth and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and understand position requirements
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen and interview applicants to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit
- Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual interviews
- Attend job fairs, schools, and open interviews to recruit top talent
- Extend and negotiate offers of employment
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and coordinate interview logistics
- Ensure timely and professional candidate communication
- Maintain applicant records and recruiting activity in the ATS
- Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
- Assist with onboarding and creation of new hire personnel files
- Stay informed of industry best practices, recruitment trends, and new technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing agency or industrial environment but open to train with the right attitude
- Experience in high volume recruiting
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
- Full-Time | Office-Based with Field Travel | Some Travel Required
- This position primarily operates in an office setting but requires regular travel for interviews, job fairs, career events, and onboarding activities.
